F T Sales Assistant High Street Fort William Were looking for a sales-orientated Sales Assistant to assist in the running of our shop at 21 High Street Fort William. What kind of person are we looking for? Well for a start were very sales focussed so youll have to be totally committed to making the shop a success and achieving your sales targets. Our business is very tourist based so youve got to love talking to and serving tourists and we really pride ourselves on a very high standard of service. Any foreign language skills would be an advantage. As a small company were all down to earth hard working honest individuals happy to turn our hand to everything that needs done in the shop. To fit in youll have to be likewise. What else? Well youll need to be able to work on your own initiative we need someone who wants to make a positive contribution to our company and doesnt need to be told what to do every day. Youll also have to be happy to work on your own in the shop at quieter times. Finally as it accounts for the bulk of our sales an affinity with jewellery and the ability to pro-actively sell it is really needed. Our business is very seasonal so please dont apply if you cant work the months of July and August. None of us take holidays during these months and as were open seven days a week youll have to be happy working five days out of seven on a rota basis that will include weekends. In return we offer a relaxed friendly working environment with plenty of scope for making your own decisions and an initial rate of pay of £6.00 an hour plus an annual sales bonus.
