Excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor with chilled food experience and good people managment skills to work for a leading manufacturer of high quality fish products based in Ross-Shire. The role will be responsible for the production of cooked products smoked added value products and other newly developed products to customer specifications in terms of quality safety and presentation. The Supervisor will supervise the staff to ensure that products are produced to deadlines and that the daily out load orders are achieved. As part of this the Supervisor will ensure that the workforce are adequately trained inducted to perform their daily tasks in a safe and hygienic manner.
