Free accommodation in large south side flat is on offer for the right person This person Must meet the following criteria Be over 25 Have a clean UK or Eu driving licence Speak fluent English Be a good all-round general builder Be willing to work for me at weekends I am renovating my flat and I need a builder to help me out here and there. I also need a driver as I am about to lose my licence. If you already work full time through the day that is fine with me as I would really only need you at the weekends. You Must be willing to drive for me Friday and Saturday nights if required. In return you get your own large room in my flat. No bills. Shared living room huge room with Tv Dvd hifi internet access and treadmill. Shared kitchen and bathroom. These rooms are clean and tidy but as I am doing a lot of renovating work please be aware that the rest of the flat is a bit messy. You also get free use of my car for short journeys and local errands. And a share of whatever food I happen to be cooking each day. I know this offer probably sounds a bit odd but its genuine. Im not looking to take advantage of anyone and I dont intend to work anyone like a slave. Average amount of required work per week would most likely be 6-8 hours driving and 6-8 hours in my flat all at the weekend. If you wanted to do more work I would offer an hourly rate.
